Event Ticketing Terms & Conditions: IWTA Awards 2026

1. General Information
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all tickets purchased for the Inspiring Women in Travel Asia (IWTA) Awards 2026, held in Bangkok, Thailand, on October 15, 2026.
1.2 By purchasing a ticket, the “Ticket Holder” (you) agrees to comply with these terms, as well as any venue-specific regulations provided by the hosting hotel/facility.

2. Ticket Purchase and Payment
2.1 All ticket prices are quoted in USD (as specified) and are subject to applicable taxes.
2.2 Tickets must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Your seat/table is only guaranteed once full payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued.
2.3 Each ticket grants entry for one (1) person. Group bookings or table purchases must provide individual attendee names for security and catering purposes no later than 14 days before the event.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 Standard Policy: All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made by the Ticket Holder.
3.2 Substitution: You may transfer your ticket to another person within your organization at no extra cost, provided you notify the organizers in writing at least 48 hours prior to the event.
3.3 Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the IWTA Awards are cancelled due to circumstances beyond the organizers’ control (Force Majeure), a credit for the rescheduled date or a partial refund may be offered at the organizers’ sole discretion.

4. Event Admission and Conduct
4.1 Identification: Attendees must present a digital or printed copy of their ticket and a valid government-issued ID (Passport/National ID) upon arrival.
4.2 Dress Code: The event is a prestigious gala; the dress code is Business Formal/Evening Wear. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone not meeting the minimum dress standard.
4.3 Behavior: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment. Any attendee acting in a disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate manner will be removed without a refund.

5. Dietary Requirements and Accessibility
5.1 Information regarding specific dietary requirements (e.g., Halal, Vegetarian, Allergies) must be submitted via the booking form at least 21 days prior to October 15, 2026. We cannot guarantee all requests can be met if submitted late.

6. Photography and Filming
6.1 By attending the IWTA Awards, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded.
6.2 The organizers reserve the right to use this media for promotional, marketing, and broadcast purposes across all platforms (print, digital, social media) without further compensation to the attendee.

7. Liability
7.1 The organizers are not responsible for the loss of or damage to any personal property brought to the venue.
7.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the organizers shall not be liable for any personal injury or illness (including COVID-19 or similar health risks) contracted during or after the event.

8. Privacy and Data Protection
8.1 Personal data collected during the ticketing process will be handled in accordance with the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and our Privacy Policy.
8.2 Your contact information may be shared with official event partners for networking purposes unless you explicitly opt out during the registration process.
