CATEGORY : NEXT GEN LEADERS
AWARD TITLE: Rising Star in Travel
Celebrates young women with 3–5 years of experience who already embody modern leadership skills (e.g., growth mindset) and a commitment to making a significant impact. Whether driving business growth or inspiring others, their fresh perspectives and fearless approaches are shaping the next generation of travel and hospitality.
CATEGORY : TRANSFORMATION LEADERSHIP
AWARD TITLE: Transforming Travel Award
Honours women who successfully led organisations through significant brand or business transformation, such as cultural shifts, repositioning, or restructures, and/or periods of dramatic and rapid change.
CATEGORY : FUTURE-FORWARD INNOVATION & INDUSTRY IMPACT
AWARD TITLE: Forward-Thinking Innovator Award
Celebrates women challenging conventional ways of working to deliver new levels of customer service and future-proof the industry. Their innovative products, services, or business models leverage creativity, technology—and even cross-industry collaboration.
CATEGORY : ENTREPRENEURSHIP
AWARD TITLE: Trailblazing Entrepreneur Award
Celebrates women entrepreneurs with businesses trading 3+ years, who inspire others with fresh ideas and/or who have been on the leading edge of where the industry is heading, whether catering to digital nomads or finding sustainable solutions to our shared challenges.
AWARD TITLE: Sustainable Development Advocate Award
Honours women demonstrating a commitment to preserving local cultures and protecting the environment by driving responsible and regenerative travel and hospitality business practices.
CRITERIA FOR JUDGING
The entries will be reviewed by the judges based on the following criteria:

AWARD TITLE: Rising Star in Travel
Must have 3–5 years of industry experience.
Provide career overview and achievements that demonstrate their leadership potential.
Detail contributions that go beyond the usual expectations for someone at this level and/or their specific role.
Show evidence of being a role model for peers.
CATEGORY : TRANSFORMATION LEADERSHIP
AWARD TITLE: Transforming Travel Award
Must be in a leadership or executive role.
Provide examples of transformation projects led.
Show impact on people, performance, positioning, and/or profits.
Detail role as an inspiring figure during times of dramatic or rapid change.
CATEGORY : FUTURE-FORWARD INNOVATION & INDUSTRY IMPACT
AWARD TITLE: Forward-Thinking Innovator Award
Open to all levels.
Provide career overview and innovative contributions.
Detail measurable impact on efficiency, products, or customer experience.
Show evidence of inspiring others through innovation.
CATEGORY : ENTREPRENEURSHIP
AWARD TITLE: Trailblazing Entrepreneur Award
Must have founded and own/lead a business operating for 3+ years.
Provide entrepreneurial story and achievements.
Detail how business has influenced travel (e.g., programs, policies, platforms, purpose-led campaigns, etc.).
Show examples of inspiring or empowering others through their success, with measurable impact, wherever possible.
AWARD TITLE: Sustainable Development Advocate Award
Open to all levels.
Provide career overview and sustainability contributions.
Detail CSR campaigns, green operations and strategic stakeholder engagement initiatives.
Show evidence of protecting cultural or natural heritage.
Provide career overview and diversity initiatives led.
Show measurable outcomes in equity and inclusion and/or mentoring examples and individual outcomes.
Detail impact on culture, organisation, or industry.
Provide career overview and achievements.
Show long-term track record of being a role model, with major contributions that are truly inspirational.
Detail measurable impact on the travel industry across Asia.
HOW TO ENTER?
1. Go to the online nomination form and read the nomination guidelines.
2. Fill in the required details about the company and contact person for the nomination.
3. Select your Category and Award title.
4. Input your write-up,
5. Wait for the nomination confirmation email and acknowledge it once received.
Note: – Nomiators may submit up to three (3) different entries in the nomination.
– Each nomination form is valid for one category only.
Fill out the form again if you will nominate another project.
